Documentation flow management

It is a group of processes that allows for automation of key documentation flow, along with workflow management and approval at each level of organization. The workflow process can be applied to all types of documents.

Documentation flow management includes the following processes:

  • Cost document approval process

Automation of one the basic and most frequently repeated processes in every organization – the cost invoice approval. The approval paths can be defined by the user or selected from pre-defined processes developed on the basis of the best market practices.

  • Flow process of all types of documents in the company

Automation of the flow process of all types of documents within the organization. The feature allows for flexible specification of the approval path and the organizational units taking part in the process. The process can also be successfully applied to the management of customers’ complaints and reports.

  • Employee matter flow process

This process can also be included in the group of processes concerning human resources management. It directly supports the communication between an employee and the Human Resources Department. With only a few clicks, an employee can, for example, notify the employer about finishing a training course, send the necessary documents to the Human Resources Department or the required certificate to the bank. The process guarantees that the documents will not be lost.
