We advise both contractors and public contracting authorities in public procurement procedures and during contract performance.

Areas of expertise:

• we identify the risks associated with the tender procedure and contract performance
• we advise at all stages of the tender procedure, including the preparation of the offer and response to the contracting authority's requests
• we advise on the selection of the tender procedure, we prepare documentation of the tender procedure
• we represent in the course of proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal and before the District Court
• we advise during the execution of a public procurement
• we support in proceedings regarding the imposition of financial corrections
