We conduct litigation and arbitration:

• economic (disputes for payment, cases related to improper performance of contracts, withdrawal from contracts and settlement of contractual penalties, disputes regarding the implementation of security for contractual obligations, including the performance of bank guarantees and sureties, transfer of ownership for security, performance bonds under the contract , contracts for assignment of receivables for security),
• arising in connection with the implementation of construction projects (disputes over settlements between various participants of the investment process, including consortium members, the investor, the general contractor and subcontractors, disputes regarding defects in completed investments),
• regarding claims arising from contracts concluded under public procurement,
• in the field of labor law, concerning issues such as reinstatement proceedings, compensation and severance pay related to the termination of the employment relationship.
