Audit of film production in accordance with the guidelines of the Polish Film Institute.
We carry out audits of film production in accordance with the guidelines provided for in Regulation No. 145 of the Director of the Polish Film Institute of 19 May 2010 “on the details of the process of carrying out financial audits of film production and maintaining the list of auditors certified by the Institute.”
The purpose of the audit:
- Verifying the amount of financial proceeds against concluded investment and other agreements.
- Confirming correct cash flows.
- Determining the correct balance of the film account against the presented financial documentation.
- Compiling records of concluded contracts or orders and of the relevant issued bills and invoices related to the production of a film as at the audit date, specifying the invoice issuer, the invoice number, and the invoice issuing date, amount and title, and preparing records of bills and invoices issued without prior conclusion of a contract or order, specifying the invoice issuer, invoice number, and the invoice issuing date, amount and title.
- Confirming correct accounting for grant funds obtained by the producer.
- Verifying whether any ordered corrective actions indicated by the Polish Film Institute have been implemented.
