Publication of the prospectus is synonymous with the beginning of the public offering of shares, allowing for free use of the full set of funds allocated to carry it out. The nature, use and scale of undertaken actions vary depending on the recipients, size and structure of the issue as well as the market conditions and the period in which emission occurs. Methods of the promotion of offering and organization of the subscription will be adjusted differently for institutional and individual investors. The size and structure of the issue will decide on the appropriate distribution of accents in media coverage.

In turn, the sentiment among investors and the issue of competition from other public offerings carried out in the same period, will affect the intensity of the campaign and tools used in the process. In parallel with the placement of the issue the process of dematerialization of shares and obtaining by the Issuer the status of a participant of the National Depository for Securities will continue. It leads to saving shares in securities accounts and determines the possibility of their introduction to trading. After the success of the subscription, the Company goes through the qualification procedure before the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the culmination of this, lasting for many months, process of emission is a festive IPO.
