He is a seasoned executive, auditor, and strategist, specializing in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation. He brings over 16 years of professional experience, including 14 years as the founder and leader of an IT outsourcing firm delivering comprehensive services. In recent years, he was affiliated with Grant Thornton, where, as a Partner, he was responsible for the development of IT outsourcing services. Throughout his career, he has effectively combined technological and audit expertise with a strategic perspective. His areas of specialization include designing and implementing information security management systems (ISO 27001), business continuity plans (ISO 22301, DORA), risk assessments (ISO 31000), and preparing organizations for regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and the Polish uKSC, in line with ENISA guidelines and national legislation. He is a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and conducts IT security audits, executive trainings, and projects focused on compliance and cyber resilience.

Leszek Cienkowski

Deputy Managing Director

A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics (postgraduate studies). Associated with PKF Consult for over 16 years, he gained experience in projects related mainly to operational, strategic and M&A consulting, including valuations of business entities, servicing the sale of shares in companies as part of privatization or preparing business plans for companies.
