Licensed tax advisor and attorney, associated with PKF Polska for over 25 years. She specializes in income taxes and strategic tax planning for companies and corporate groups. She advises management boards on key reorganization processes — mergers, demergers, transformations, and business succession — ensuring legal and tax security as well as an optimal business structure.

She has many years of experience in leading due diligence projects and providing comprehensive support for transactions and restructurings of significant importance to business growth. In her work, she combines in-depth knowledge of regulations with an understanding of business realities, supporting clients in making strategic decisions.

As the Managing Partner of the Tax Practice at PKF Polska, she is responsible for the development and strategy of the tax advisory area, building a team of experts, and maintaining the highest standards of advisory quality. She consistently develops services that respond to dynamic regulatory changes and evolving market needs.

For years, she has actively shared her expertise as a lecturer in commercial law and taxation. She delivers specialist training programs and mandatory courses for statutory auditors organized by the PKF Education Center. She is valued for her clarity of communication, analytical approach, and ability to translate complex regulations into practical business solutions.

Dariusz Orczykowski

General Partner, Director of the Tax Advisory Department in the West Region, Tax Advisor No 10458

A graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia (Uniwersytet Śląski) in Katowice. He has a long-time experience in tax and legal advisory, especially in the field of restructuring processes, changes in the ownership structure of companies and due dilligence audits. He lectures on tax law at the Poznań School of Banking – the branch in Chorzów, as well as at complusory trainings for statutory auditors.
