A graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia (Uniwersytet Śląski) in Katowice. He has a long-time experience in tax and legal advisory, especially in the field of restructuring processes, changes in the ownership structure of companies and due dilligence audits. He lectures on tax law at the Poznań School of Banking – the branch in Chorzów, as well as at complusory trainings for statutory auditors.
