Dariusz Orczykowski

General Partner, Director of the Tax Advisory Department in the West Region, Tax Advisor No 10458

A graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia (Uniwersytet Śląski) in Katowice. He has a long-time experience in tax and legal advisory, especially in the field of restructuring processes, changes in the ownership structure of companies and due dilligence audits. He lectures on tax law at the Poznań School of Banking – the branch in Chorzów, as well as at complusory trainings for statutory auditors.

Rafał Barycki

A graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at the Wrocław University of Technology. Mr. Barycki has been connected with PKF Consult since 2000. Director of PKF Consult Branch in Wrocław. He specialises in the auditing of individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Polish and international accounting standards, as well as in consultancy on the conversion of financial statements to international standards. He has extensive experience in the preparation of the financial part of prospectuses of companies planning to be listed. He conducts training in IAS/IFRS, auditing and accounting.

Marek Wojciechowski

A graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Capital Investments at the Wrocław University of Economics, a statutory auditor. Mr. Wojciechowski has been connected with PKF Consult since 1999. Director of PKF Consult Branch in Poznań. He specialises in the auditing of consolidated financial statements, the conversion of financial statements in accordance with the international accounting standards, company valuations and consultancy on the preparation of the financial parts of prospectuses. Mr. Wojciechowski conducts compulsory training courses for statutory auditors in international accounting standards. He is proficient in English.
