Virtual EMEI Regional Meeting 2021

The EMEI Regional Meeting took place in a virtual formula on 18-20 May 2021. The purpose of this event was to support the development and improvement of individual activities of member companies and to facilitate further cooperation within the PKFI network.

The three-day event included expert presentations and panel discussions on relevant topics such as:

• The evolution of firm culture during the Pandemic
• Employee mental health and wellbeing
• Partner development and recruiting/retaining staff
• Collaboration opportunities in the region
• Niche growth industries.

Among the lecturers there were also experts from PKF Polska who took part in such panels as:

• Making the most of International Opportunities in EMEI - lecturer: Magdalena Majewska - Gościńska
• Why should you set up a Language Desk? - lecturers: Agnieszka Chamera and Wojciech Jaworski
• Developing your firm's best practice together - lecturer: Mirosława Cienkowska

This year, attendance numbers were more than tenfold compared to our historic physical events. One of the advantages of having to adapt to a completely virtual environment has been our ability to reach and engage with so many more PKF People.
