PKF Polska, one of the leading audit and consulting firms in the country and a member of the international PKF Global network, announces the opening of a new branch in Szczecin.

This marks the company’s tenth location in Poland and is part of a long-term growth strategy based on an analysis of the potential of regional markets.

For nearly 35 years, our expert teams—auditors, certified accountants, certified HR professionals, tax advisors, lawyers, legal counsels, and financial analysts—have been supporting entrepreneurs in making strategic decisions.

Our goal is to comprehensively assist in the implementation of effective business strategies, strengthen competitiveness, innovation, and corporate credibility. We are here to enhance transparency among Polish enterprises and foster trust that will positively impact Poland’s economic landscape.

We operate in Poland’s largest cities: Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław, Opole, Katowice, Gdańsk, Lublin, Zielona Góra—and now also Szczecin.

The opening of the Szczecin office is a response to the dynamically growing needs of businesses operating in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship—an area of increasing importance in logistics, industry, and technology.

The new location will provide clients with access to the full range of services offered by PKF Polska, including audit, tax advisory, accounting, consulting, ESG, as well as payroll, HR services, and broadly understood controlling and management accounting.

“For some time now, we have been closely observing the development of Szczecin and the entire West Pomeranian region—and we have no doubt that it is one of the most dynamic areas in Poland. We are particularly impressed by its stable and systematic economic growth, ambitious city investments—with a budget of nearly one billion PLN for 2025—and bold, development-oriented initiatives, including increasing international cooperation and the ability to attract foreign investors from countries such as Germany, the Nordic nations, the USA, and the Netherlands.

The strong presence of the shipbuilding, chemical, paper, timber, renewable energy, agri-food, and logistics industries—all of this shows that the region is built on solid foundations and has a clear path for future development. Our interdisciplinary experience—gained in precisely these sectors—gives us the confidence that we can genuinely support local entrepreneurs and build lasting value together.

We see the opening of PKF Polska’s office in Szczecin not only as a new stage in our operations but, above all, as an invitation to partnership-based cooperation, which—we are convinced—will bring mutual benefits,” explains Grażyna Sadowska-Malczewska, Managing Partner at PKF BPO.

“We don’t open offices just for the sake of presence. We open them where we can truly support business growth. Our expansion is the result of deliberate planning, consistency, and ambition,” says Mariusz Kuciński, Partner at PKF Polska, and adds that “every new location means local expert teams, global standards, and a tangible market impact.”

The Szczecin branch of PKF Consult will be led by Piotr Charytonowicz—a certified auditor with over 20 years of experience in financial auditing. The new leader specializes in the audit of financial statements in compliance with both Polish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Piotr Charytonowicz has extensive experience in accounting advisory, gained through working with companies across various sectors of the economy. Before joining PKF Consult, he developed his professional career in firms that are part of the so-called Big Four audit firms, where he led projects for major entities operating on both domestic and international markets, as well as local firms in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

“Local entrepreneurs expect partnerships based on professionalism and a deep understanding of their reality. PKF Polska enters this region with a specific value proposition and a quality that matches the highest European standards,” says Piotr Charytonowicz, Associate Partner at PKF Polska.

Currently, PKF Polska employs over 450 experts across 10 offices throughout Poland. The firm serves hundreds of domestic and international clients, integrating local expertise with global know-how through its membership in PKF Global—a network present in over 150 countries worldwide.
