On May 1, 2021, the company's name was changed to PKF BPO Sadowska-Malczewska Sp. k.

We hereby inform you that as a result of a resolution adopted by the Shareholders of the Company concerning a change in the Company's agreement and in connection with the change in the general partners of the Company, the existing name of the company PKF BPO Consult Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. has been changed.

Consequently, from 1 May 2021 the new name of the company PKF BPO Sadowska - Malczewska Sp. k. has been in force.

The previous NIP, REGON and KRS numbers remain unchanged.

Please note that in the case of a change in the limited partnership agreement (e.g. name), the legal effect of the change occurs at the time of signing the deed. Entry into the Register of Entrepreneurs is a declaratory entry, and not a constitutive one. Therefore, the limited partnership PKF BPO Sadowska-Malczewska Sp.k. in Warsaw, is obliged to use its new name (both in trading and in issued invoices) as of the date of the resolution, despite the fact that the change in this respect has not yet been disclosed in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.

We would like to emphasise that nothing has changed in the services we have provided to you to date. The concluded contracts are still valid, the agreed principles of cooperation and our current contact details remain unchanged.

We kindly ask you to note the change in your databases and to issue all invoices and documents taking the new entity name into account:
