The amendment introduces, among others annulment, as of July 1, 2020, of tax reference number (NSP) numbers assigned so far to cross-border schemes, which consequently imposes on taxpayers who filed a cross-border tax scheme by June 30, 2020, reporting the same schemes again on the new schema.
