Covering some transactions whose object is the provision of construction services when they are provided by subcontractors under the so-called reverse charge mechanism.
From the 1st January 2017, the reverse charge mechanism will cover most construction work. A new catalogue of services covered under the reverse charge mechanism will be determined by Annexe 14 to the Value Added Tax Act.
