On December 18, 2015, the Minister of Finance published an official announcement informing that one of the priority tasks for 2016 will be the verification of transfer pricing schemes applied by affiliated entities.
According to the Minister of Finance, each transaction should reflect natural market conditions. However, as stated by the Ministry of Finance, in practice affiliated entities often inflate the market value of goods or services (e.g. due to the use of a wordmark or an advisory service).
