On 1 January 2019, new laws imposing the obligation to disclose the so-called tax schemes entered into force. The new obligations concern promoters (e.g. tax advisors and legal counsels) and their clients (users) alike. What is important, the law shall apply retroactively, as it refers to tax schemes implemented after 25 June 2018 (cross-border schemes) or after 1 November 2018 (domestic schemes).
