From the 1st January 2017, the minimum monthly wage for a full-time job will be PLN 2,000.00 gross.
Provisions diversifying the minimum wage of a full-time employee on account of the years of service have been revoked (at the moment, during the first year of work they need to receive at least 80% of the minimum wage). From the 1st January 2017, all employees, regardless of their years of service, will receive the minimum wage in the same full amount.
