Supervision of the Bookkeeping

Supervision of the Bookkeeping is based on cooperation between the Client's accounting department and a PKF BPO expert in the role of Chief Accountant or Financial Director.

The service includes:

• verification of accounting books
• verification or preparation of tax returns
• checking or preparing the required financial statements and reports
• ongoing support, practical advice and substantive tips for the Client’s accounting team

We provide your accounting team with ongoing support through practical advice and guidance. We will also make sure that the obligations imposed on the Management Board under the Accounting Act are fulfilled and that the work of the team is effective. Direct Supervision

As part of Direct Supervision, we offer periodic reviews of the accounting books at the company's headquarters, including checking of the correctness of accounting and tax records, formal and accounting control of accounting documentation, verification of tax returns and declarations, statistical reports and management reports.

Tax settlements based on the Client's accounting books

A perfect solution, especially for entrepreneurs belonging to foreign capital groups, whose accounting books are kept by group financial centres abroad. Our team will prepare the tax settlements required by Polish law on the basis of the Client's accounting records. With limited access to the company's books online or on the basis of accounting records sent to us electronically, we will prepare full documentation of the tax settlements.

Your accounting department may:

• work with its own financial and accounting software,
• use our IT infrastructure to ensure full security of financial data.

On-line Supervision

Control of books via Internet links. With the use of the electronic workflow module offered by our company, verification of accounting records and source documents is possible in real time, and your accounting team receives quick feedback.

• bookkeeping by a foreign entity, e.g. belonging to a capital group
