- entering information about the employer and the selected financial institution managing PPK
- entering a register of the Client’s employees
- marking in the employee register: date of accession, resignation declaration, declared percentage contribution of PPK
Ongoing administration of PPK documentation
- preparation and completion of documents required by law
- circulation of PPK documentation between employees, the employer and the financial institution managing PPK
- controlling deadlines for providing information to employees, as well as for delivering their orders and data on PPK participants to the financial institution
- support in day-to-day cooperation with a financial institution and during inspections carried out by state authorities
- aggregation of accrued contributions for the purpose of reporting and making payments to financial institutions
Employee Capital Plan (PPK) is a long-term savings system with the simultaneous participation of employers and the state. For the employee, participation is voluntary. For the employer, the establishment of PPK is obligatory and is connected with specific obligations. We were one of the first employers to implement PPK. Thanks to this, we know well what to consider when selecting a financial institution and how to conduct the implementation process.
