New regulations concerning the preparation, signature and submission of financial statements became effective as of 1 October 2018. As result of those changes, financial statements must be prepared in electronic form (XML format), signed by all management board members with a qualified electronic signature and submitted to the National Court Register (KRS) through the free RDF system (using an electronic signature identified based on the Polish Resident Identification Number (PESEL) or the ePUAP platform) or the paid S-24 system (using an electronic signature that does not need to be identified based on PESEL or the ePUAP platform).
Within the outsourcing service
- we help in obtaining a PESEL number for foreigners
- we support in generating a qualified electronic signature for members of the management boards of Polish companies, required when signing the company’s financial statements
In case of any doubts as to what steps you should take to be fully prepared to submit the financial statements in compliance with the new regulations, please fill in the contact form.
Please note that the procedures for obtaining a PESEL number or a qualified electronic signature depending on the circumstances may take a longer time, therefore we recommend taking all necessary actions in advance.
