Module I. KSeF – The First Months in Practice

Summary of experiences from February–April 2026, including:

  • confusion regarding authorizations and certificates,
  • interpretational uncertainties and lack of consistent guidance from the Ministry of Finance,

  • concerns about data security.

Module II. JPK_CIT – Taxpayer Experiences

Discussion of challenges encountered in 2025 and Q1 2026:

  • the enormous scale and level of detail required in reporting,
  • inadequate ERP and accounting system readiness,
  • unrealistic implementation timelines,
  • lack of benchmarks and market practice.

Module III. VAT 2026 – Upcoming Changes

Key planned changes (effective from 1 October 2026):

  • extension of joint and several liability of the purchaser,
  • introduction of the so-called VAT warehouse institution,
  • changes to VAT taxpayer registration,
  • transition from PKWiU to CN codes in Appendix No. 15 to the VAT Act.
