17.03.2026

PKF Polska invites you to participate in a two-day workshop entitled “Non-Financial Reporting and Corporate Responsibility in the Face of New Regulations”, addressing the growing regulatory challenges in the area of ESG and non-financial reporting.

Magdalena Dominiak, ESG Managing Manager at PKF Polska, will take part in the event and lead a panel dedicated to the social aspects of ESG:“Diversity, Inclusion and Employer-Side Costs.”

ESG in a New Regulatory Environment

Rapid regulatory changes in Poland and across the European Union require organizations to adapt their approach to reporting and ESG risk management. Particular importance is being placed on the guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA), obligations related to climate risk reporting, and increasing requirements for participants in value chains.

New regulations include, among others:

  • the use of ESG questionnaires to assess exposure to environmental and social risks,
  • compliance with the EU Taxonomy and the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle,
  • analysis of physical and transition risks, including climate scenarios and stress testing.

The workshop focuses on practical aspects of implementing new requirements and minimizing regulatory, climate, and reputational risks.

Workshop Scope

Participants will gain knowledge in areas such as:

  • current ESG regulatory frameworks and their impact on business,
  • EBA guidelines and new reporting obligations,
  • the role of ESG in maintaining competitiveness within supply chains,
  • decarbonization strategies and emissions management,
