From "Ekonomik" Graduate to Business Leader: PKF Polska Launches Cooperation with School Complex No. 1 in Kluczbork

These four values formed the foundation of a special meeting between Ewa Jakubczyk-Cały, Managing Partner of PKF Polska, and the students of School Complex No. 1 in Kluczbork—the very school from which she graduated.

The visit was particularly meaningful as it took place during the school's 80th anniversary celebrations. For decades, the institution has educated successive generations of economists, entrepreneurs, and professionals across a wide range of fields.

For Ewa Jakubczyk-Cały, it was a sentimental return to a place that played an important role in shaping both her educational and professional journey.

During her meeting with students, she shared the story of her development—from a student at Kluczbork’s renowned “Ekonomik” to the leader of one of Poland’s largest audit and advisory firms. She emphasized that success is not a matter of chance, but the result of consistency, hard work, and the values acquired at school and at home.

"Tradition provides roots, principles, and a moral compass. Passion gives us energy. Education equips us with tools and strengthens our self-confidence. The future is built through decisions—sometimes very unexpected ones—but their foundations lie in experiences shaped by tradition, passion, and learning," said Ewa Jakubczyk-Cały.

A particularly significant moment of the event was the signing of a Letter of Intent between PKF Polska and School Complex No. 1 in Kluczbork. The document marks the beginning of a new chapter of cooperation between business and education, aimed at supporting young talent, developing professional competencies, and creating opportunities for students to gain practical experience.

The Letter of Intent was signed by:

  • Ewa Jakubczyk-Cały – Managing Partner, PKF Polska
  • Ewa Sąsiadek – BPO Outsourcing Partner, Statutory Auditor, PKF Polska
  • Przemysław Ziółkowski – Principal, School Complex No. 1 in Kluczbork

At PKF Polska, we believe that investing in education and the development of young people is an investment in the future. Among today’s students of “Ekonomik” are future leaders, experts, and entrepreneurs who will help shape the future of Polish business and the economy.
