The Presidium of the Supreme Bar Council (NRA) and the Presidium of the National Bar Council of Attorneys at law (KRRP) presented their postulates regarding the urgent introduction of statutory changes to regulate the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on pending court proceedings and proceedings before other bodies. The self-government of the legal profession is also calling for legislative changes in other areas related to the provision of legal assistance and the functioning of the judiciary.
