Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions set out general terms and conditions for the provision of a Newsletter service, i.e. an electronic newsletter published by PKF Consult Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with its registered office at the address: 02-695 Warszawa, ul. Orzycka 6/1B.

  1. The Newsletter constitutes commercial information within the meaning of the Act on Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 104, as amended).
  2. The Newsletter is made available at no charge.
  3. In order to receive the Newsletter, you should: – place an order by entering your email address in the electronic form available at www.pkfpolska.pl, – activate the “Subscribe” button, – have an active email address to which an activation link will be sent as a formal confirmation of consent to receive the newsletter.
  4. When you click the “Subscribe” button referred to in Section 3.2 above, a Newsletter services contract will be entered into between the Parties.
  5. You may terminate the Newsletter services contract at any time by using the link contained in the Newsletter (footer). Upon termination of the Newsletter services contract, PKF Consult ceases to send the Newsletter to your email address.
  6. PKF Consult gives notice that:
  • PKF Consult Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with its registered office at the address: 02-695 Warszawa, ul. Orzycka 6/1B, email address: pkfconsult@pkfpolska.pl, (hereinafter referred to as the Company), is the Personal Data Controller.
  • Mr. Michał Sztąberek, email address: michal.sztaberek@isecure.pl., is the Data Protection Officer of the Company.
  • Personal data collected via the form will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR for the purposes related to sending commercial offers of the Company.
  • Personal data collected via the newsletter form will be made available to PKF Consult Group companies (subject to a separate consent).
  • Personal data provided in the newsletter form will be kept until the data subject withdraws their consent to receive it or until the Company ceases to send out newsletters.
  • Each person has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without any prejudice to the lawfulness of processing.
  • You need not provide your data, but such provision is necessary for the purpose of sending you the newsletter.
  • The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (GIODO) if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
