Thanks to the division of work, responsibility and risk, the most economically effective way to develop infrastructure and provide public services is achieved under PPP. At the same time, each of the parties benefits in proportion to its involvement.

Public-private partnerships (PPP) are aimed at the implementation of undertakings or the provision of services traditionally provided by the public sector. Joint work by public and private partners is based on the assumption that each party is able to perform the tasks they are entrusted with more efficiently than the other party. Thus, the parties complement each other, dealing with the parts of a common task they are best at. Thanks to the division of work, responsibility and risk, the most economically effective way to develop infrastructure and provide public services is achieved under PPP. At the same time, each of the parties benefits in proportion to its involvement.

PKF’s experts will make sure you achieve the highest possible benefit rate, using their experience of implementing public-private partnership projects and assigning risk in, for example, construction, availability, demand, legal and technical issues etc, to the party that can best manage it.
