They not only influence the final form of Companies Statute and lead to the necessity of preparing more, usually nonexistent until that moment, inner regulations but also stimulate the organizational transformation reaching from all logistic and technical matters to those of procedural significance.

At the same time the changes taking place must be directed to the fact that the statute of a public company will transfer the Issuer into a new dimension of media relation determined by both law and care to provide the most clear information policy. Those who don’t meet those challenges are risking double: failure to comply with regulations threaten severe administrative and criminal sanctions and civil liability, and the lack of media transparency weakens Companies image which can result in a decrease in the share price.
